Shipping Policy

All Shippings of our swimwear pieces will be brought to you with Australia Post via a tracked shipping. Estimated delivery time 3-8 business days. It is free of charge for deliveries within Australia.
 

Please note the above delivery time frames are an estimation provided by our shipping provider and although we hope this never happens, delays during transit may occur from time to time in which RoDaSoleil Australia cannot be held responsible for.


Our team works hard to ensure orders are sent out as soon as possible, however please allow 1 – 3 business days for your order to be processed.
 

Important: In case we need to sew the order, if we have low stock, Estimated delivery time:
 

20-40 business days after purchase.
 

Please be sure to verify that all delivery information is correct and complete. If the information is inaccurate or does not confirm to postal standards, we may have to contact you to amend this information, which may delay your order.

International Delivery

Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once the parcel arrives at the destination country. These charges are determined by the customs office of the specific country.
 

Payment of these charges and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient and will not be covered by RoDaSoleil Australia.

 

We are not responsible for any external issues that would cause late delivery (postal strike, weather conditions).
 

Delivery fee will apply for all international orders. Please contact us for more information.

Returns

We recommend choosing carefully to avoid disappointment, so please get in touch if you have any questions regarding sizing.


Items purchased from smartswimsuit.co are eligible for a full refund of the product.


Items must be returned within 14 days, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. Please try on swimwear over underwear for sanitary reasons.
 

Any items returned outside the 14 days return period, or in a condition that indicates being worn or washed in any way, including make-up marks, will not be accepted for return. RoDaSoleil Australia reserves the right to reject items that do not comply with the above conditions, and will return the item to sender.
 

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. We recommend that you package the products appropriately and use a trackable, insured service as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.

How to send your return

To request a return, please fill out the returns form and send it back to rodasoleilau@gmail.com.


Please ensure this form is submitted before sending your item back to us — it makes the process a lot easier. We will process your refund within 5 business days of your return arriving back to us. We'll be in touch as soon as your return is complete.
